Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Sector 82A, Gurugram

The Field Executive is responsible for conducting field visits, meeting prospective clients, coordinating property site visits, collecting and verifying documents, maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project details to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Collect, verify, and submit customer documents required for booking and registration.
- Conduct market surveys to identify competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and field visits.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth customer service.




- Assist in property possession, registration, and other post-sales activities when required.
- Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales and customer engagement targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or field operations.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
