Role Description
The Researcher role at Al Baz Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Researcher will gather and analyze market data related to Arabic thoubes and associated apparel, including consumer preferences, regional style trends,



and competitor offerings across key Middle Eastern and North African markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, preparing reports and presentations for management, and providing data-driven insights to guide product development, branding, and sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with design, production, and sales teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations, and monitoring performance of existing brands and new initiatives. The Researcher is expected to maintain organized research documentation, stay current with industry developments, and support continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
