Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Intern to support the HR & Administration team in day-to-day administrative, HR support, documentation, ERP, and office coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR & Administration activities.
- Assist in the employee onboarding process, including joining formalities, document collection, verification, and record maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Handle petty cash entries and maintain petty cash records.
- Collect, verify, and maintain petty cash bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Make required ERP entries related to administration, expenses, purchases,



and invoices.
- Assist in invoice preparation, verification, submission, and tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, bills, and required supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, MIS, and administrative statements.
- Assist with attendance and other employee-related administrative data.
- Support vendor coordination and follow-up for administrative requirements.
- Assist in coordinating transport, housekeeping, security, facility, and other administrative services.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, employee documents, and administrative records.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, notices, and other HR & Admin documentation.
- Support the HR & Admin team during meetings, employee activities, events, and audits.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
