Job Summary

Summary: Arial Engineering is growing its sales team and looking for two Sales Associates to work directly under the Senior Sales Manager - visiting clients, identifying opportunities, supporting business development and ensuring existing clients are well looked after. This is a field-heavy role - on the road, at client sites, in meetings and building relationships every day.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Visit existing and prospective clients across Hyderabad and Telangana for site inspections, follow-ups and relationship meetings
- Support the Senior Sales Manager in lead generation, client outreach and business development activities
- Conduct site visits to assess HVAC requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
- Manage customer success - ensure existing clients are satisfied, handle queries and escalate issues to the right team
- Support channel sales - coordinate with dealers, contractors and channel partners
- Follow up on submitted proposals, quotations and pending decisions to move them to closure
- Maintain a daily call report and client visit log - update the team on pipeline status
- Attend client meetings, project review meetings and represent Arial Engineering professionally
- Comply with Arial Engineerings Health,



Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated task requested by the management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer success - field role preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence - mandatory, daily site visits required
- Valuable communication in Telugu and English - confident in client-facing conversations
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and Telangana regularly
- Basic understanding of HVAC, MEP or construction industry is a strong advantage - not mandatory
- Smartphone proficient - WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic reporting apps
- Honest, reliable and presentable - represents Arial Engineering at every client visit
