- Develop responsive, high-performance websites using up-to-date frontend frameworks
- Well Versed with Landing Page Development and Emailers
- Maintain and enhance existing websites frontend features (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or custom builds)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (ADA compliance), and mobile responsiveness
- Perform regular website audits for performance, security, and SEO improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, bugs, and production defects
- Manage version control, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
- Translate Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces
- Ensure consistent design systems and component libraries across projects
- Work closely with designers to improve usability and user experience
- Cross-check and ensure the deliverables are pixel-perfect compared with the designs
- Optimize page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse/Google Page Speed scores
- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization
- Conduct performance monitoring and continuous improvements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Follow coding standards, UI guidelines, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Work closely with project managers, designers,

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients when needed
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools for frontend development efficiency
- Automate repetitive UI tasks using modern tools and workflows
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and trends

Required Skills

- Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frameworks/Libraries: React.js / Vue.js
- Styling: SCSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, CSS-in-JS
- Knowledge of CMS Platforms: WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, Shopify etc.
- Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Gulp
- API Integration: REST, GraphQL
- Performance Optimization: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse
- Testing: Jest, Cypress, or similar
- Design Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD
