Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its applications.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
