We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Implement and optimize workflow automation using Flow Designer and workflows
- Build and maintain self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions
- Design and manage knowledge bases for IT policies and FAQs
- Configure ticket triage and intelligent routing using assignment rules and predictive intelligence
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows
- Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes

Required Skills Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)




- Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
- Password Reset automation
- Workflow automation use cases
- IT policies/FAQ implementation
- Ticket triage and routing mechanisms
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs
- Experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with Virtual Agent or chatbot implementations
- Exposure to Predictive Intelligence / AI-based routing
- Basic knowledge of CMDB and ITOM
