We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, located in Hemti. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience and be available to start on or before January 29, 2026.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
