- NavGurukul is looking for a Senior Product Manager who sits at the intersection of learning science, game design and AI
- This role will shape the product vision for our AI learning tools voice-first tutors, game-based skill builders, adaptive assessments, and AI interviewers built for first-generation learners in low-connectivity, low-resource contexts across Bharat
- You will hold learning outcomes as the non-negotiable constraint, apply game design thinking in service of learning science, and work closely with AI/ML engineers, learning designers and leadership to prototype, specify and ship AI-powered learning experiences that genuinely improve what learners can do
- This is a senior IC role with a transparent path to Head of Product as the team scales
- Two hard requirements:



you must have shipped at least one real game (with a core loop and players who chose to come back not just a gamified feature), and you must be able to talk about your products in terms of what people learned or got better at, not just engagement metrics
- Beyond that, we are looking for 5 to 8 years of product experience, genuine familiarity with learning science (spaced repetition, cognitive load, formative feedback), hands-on comfort with LLM APIs and voice/conversational AI, and user research experience in non-standard contexts
