We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, located in Hemti. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience and be available to start on 2026-01-29 or 30.
Roles and Responsibility
- Implement and manage Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for clients.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce systems.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.
- Experience with Salesforce development and customization using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
