Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements using Salesforce.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with e-learning or EdTech industry trends and technologies is an added advantage.
