- As a Program Owner, you will design, launch, and scale a skilling and employment initiative in one of the following domains: Care Services, Wellness & Fitness, Filmmaking & Content Creation, or Civil Design
- You will be responsible for building training pathways, creating industry partnerships, enabling placements and entrepreneurship opportunities, and developing scalable models that generate meaningful social impact
- This role is ideal for individuals with robust domain expertise, a builder''s mindset, and a commitment to creating long-term change
- We are looking for people who can lead with empathy, think from first principles, and commit to building impactful programs over the long term
