We're looking for a Social Media Marketing & Content Production Manager to own our social presence end-to-end from strategic planning to hands-on content creation. This is a hybrid role for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like a producer, balancing brand-building with high-quality, platform-native content across our channels.

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop and own the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), aligned with broader brand and marketing goals
- Build quarterly content calendars and campaign/influencer roadmaps tied to business priorities and key moments
- Define and track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, sentiment) and report on performance to leadership
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant

Content Production

- Lead end-to-end production of photo, video, and graphic content from concept and scripting through shooting, editing, and publishing
- Direct and/or execute video shoots, including short-form vertical content optimized for Reels/Shorts
- Manage a content production calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand output across formats
- Collaborate with design, copy, and video teams (internal or freelance) to produce polished creative assets

Community & Brand Voice

- Own the brand's voice and tone across social channels




- Oversee community management, engagement, and real-time response strategy
- Monitor social listening tools to inform content and flag reputational risks early

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with PR, product, and sales teams to align social content with launches, campaigns, and company initiatives
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencer partners as needed
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with direct content production experience (shooting/editing)
- A solid portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and hands-on creative output
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop/Lightroom) and social scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights)
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, especially short-form video
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in an enterprise environment
- Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for design and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with paid social amplification and working alongside a media/ads team
