We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Medical Billing Executives for a US healthcare process.

The role involves handling medical billing and revenue cycle management activities for US healthcare clients. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing patient and insurance information, processing and submitting claims, following up on outstanding claims, and resolving billing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process medical billing claims for US healthcare providers.
- Review patient demographics, insurance information, and claim details.
- Submit claims to insurance companies accurately and on time.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and denied claims.
- Perform AR follow-up and assist in resolving outstanding balances.
- Identify billing errors and take corrective action.
- Understand basic medical billing terminology, CPT,



ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Maintain accurate records and update claim information.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Follow HIPAA and company confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Positive attention to detail.
- US medical billing, AR calling, claims processing, denial management, or healthcare BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
