- Manage and optimize the performance of a large and diverse real estate portfolio

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of portfolio managers, fostering a high-performance culture of excellence
- Building, shaping and communicating the Firms values and culture
- Generating new business development through creative marketing

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree




- 2-3 years of experience in Gurgaon real estate portfolio management
- Robust knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies
- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
