Job Summary

The SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions to optimize supply chain and demand planning processes. The role ensures seamless integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and other supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, SOP).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
- Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
- Manage integrations between IBP, S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces.
- Build and maintain planning views, analytics, and dashboards.
- Conduct workshops, user training, and testing.
- Provide leadership and best practice guidance for global planning initiatives.

Required Skills




- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules and planning processes (forecasting, supply, inventory optimization).
- Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA and external data sources.
- Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT.
- 710 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP.
- SAP Certified Application Consultant SAP Integrated Business Planning preferred.
- Experience leading end-to-end IBP implementations in large enterprises.
