We are seeking a Lead Data Research Specialist to focus on identifying and validating leads for business development. This role involves conducting thorough online research, cold calling prospects to confirm information, collect accurate contact details, understand product applications, and identify the correct decision-maker for sales discussions. We will provide comprehensive training on products, so candidates should have strong research and communication skills along with the eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Data Research:
o Perform systematic secondary research using industry portals, company websites, directories, and databases to identify potential customers and gather detailed lead data.
o Develop company profiles including accurate contact details, product usage, and business context related to Veeyors polymer products.
Lead Validation & Cold Calling:
o Proactively initiate cold calls to validate researched data.
o Collect missing or updated information such as contact names, phone numbers, emails, and identify key influencers or decision-makers.
o Explore customer usage of products and potential business needs in conversations.
Information Management:
o Accurately enter and update validated data in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.




o Maintain clean and organized databases to ensure leads are ready for effective follow-up by the sales team.
Reporting:
o Prepare and submit concise research summaries, validated lead lists, and business profiles.
o Track daily research and calling activities along with key outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, Arts, or equivalent).
Experience :1.5 to 2 years in similar field
Robust research and communication skills are essential.
Product knowledge will be provided through structured training; hence, prior domain expertise is not mandatory.
Required Skills
Proficiency in advanced online research and data validation techniques.
Effective cold calling skills with professional telephone etiquette and confidence.
Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and persistent in completing research and validation tasks.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Excel for data management.
