- NavGurukul is looking for an English & Twenty-first Century (ETC) Skills Specialist to reimagine how underserved learners build English and 21st-century skills
- In this role, you will empower 1,200+ residential students to build these skills on their own, with the curriculum and pedagogy further used by 1,200+ Zuvy learners and thousands of students across partner organisations
- You will heavily integrate AI and emerging technology into learning experiences, design measurable learning experiments, pilot them and quickly scale what works
- You will build an integrated approach to English and 21st-century skills including understanding biases, gender, values and technology and own the outcomes for skill-building in students end to end




- You will enable the team and students to understand pedagogy and truly ''learn how to learn''
- This role is for disruptors who are hungry, curious and think deeply about problems to bring creative solutions
- We are looking for people who are impact-driven, excited about AI-powered learning, believe in students'' ability to drive their own learning, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have great written and verbal communication skills
- Brownie points if you come from a Science/Tech background or keep yourself updated about the tech world
