- NavGurukul is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the force multiplier for the CEO and founding team
- In this role, you will support strategic planning and execution across NavGurukul''s multiple verticals (Zuvy, Sama, School of Second Chances, AI Learning Labs, NAVigo), coordinate cross-organisational priorities across 9 campuses and NGVerse subsidiaries, and lead strategic initiatives that fall outside traditional departmental functions
- Key responsibilities include managing the executive calendar and daily operations alongside senior managers, supporting NavGurukul''s Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program, serving as a liaison between leadership, staff and the Board of Directors, planning board meetings and preparing materials for major philanthropic partners and corporate donors (Amazon, Accenture, etc.), and managing complex cross-functional projects with tight deadlines




- We are looking for someone with 5 to 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, project management or chief of staff roles, ideally within nonprofits, social enterprises or high-growth startups
- You should bring robust strategic thinking, exceptional organisational skills, outstanding written and oral communication, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organisational structures with boards, donors, government partners and distributed teams
- This role requires a multi-year commitment (minimum 3 to 5 years) and deep alignment with NavGurukul''s mission of educational equity
