The Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and performance of the center. This includes managing admissions, student experience, staff supervision, revenue targets, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
- Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and compliance with company standards.

Admissions & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents.
- Develop and Assist local marketing initiatives to increase enrollments.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.

Team and Center Management

- Recruit, train, and supervise center staff.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching.
- Manage center budgets and expenses.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.





Student & Parent Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
- Address student and parent concerns promptly.
- Monitor attendance, feedback, and student retention.
