Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring smooth functioning and effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical practices, professional growth, and career advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSc) or BSc Nursing
- Minimum 5-30+ years of experience in a similar role as a Nurse Superintendent/Nurse Educator/Tutor/Professor.
- Strong knowledge of nursing education principles, theories, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving excellence.
