Job Summary

The SAP Business Project Manager is responsible for leading the business workstreams of SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business process improvements, organizational readiness, and adoption of SAP solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP program team, translating strategic business objectives into executable project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The SAP Business Project Manager oversees planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, business process design, testing, training, change management, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. The role works closely with business leaders, functional teams, IT, system integrators, and executive sponsors to deliver SAP-enabled business transformation.

Responsibilities

- Business Project Leadership - Lead business workstreams for SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
- Business Project Leadership - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Business Project Leadership - Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Customer Service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 812 years of project management experience, including business-led technology transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.
