Job Summary

Dynamic Sales Associate to drive sales of our Vacutainer range across hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes and distributors in Bihar Jharkhand. The role involves field sales, relationship building with lab owners/pathologists and achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities

- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Vacutainer products
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing customers across labs, hospitals, and distributors

- Market Development

- Visit path labs, hospitals, nursing homes, blood banks to promote Vacutainer range
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate staff on proper blood collection techniques

- Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with pathologists, lab technicians, purchase managers
- Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution





- Distribution Management

- Work with existing distributors and appoint new distributors in uncovered territories
- Monitor stock, secondary sales, and prevent stock-outs

- Reporting Admin

- Daily field reporting on SFDC
- Competitor tracking, market feedback and recent product opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and billing
