The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead financial strategy and operations for our Client expanding electrical consumer component manufacturing business. This role oversees corporate financial operations from our Client Corporate office in Bangalore and controlling factory sites in Karnataka

Job Overview

- Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)
- Travel: Regular visits to Karnataka manufacturing sites
- Reports To: Managing Director
- Industry: Electrical Component Manufacturing / Consumer Durables
- Key Responsibilities : Strategic Financial Leadership

- Drive corporate financial strategy to maximize profitability and business growth.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range capital allocation planning.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and major capital expenditures.
- Provide financial insights to the board for strategic decision-making

Manufacturing & Plant Controlling

- Oversee product costing, inventory valuation and variance analysis at factories.
- Optimize supply chain costs, procurement spend and raw material tracking.
- Implement strict internal controls for factory waste and scrap management.
- Monitor plant-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.

Corporate Finance & Governance

- Manage corporate liquidity, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions,



and external auditors.
- Ensure full compliance with GST, Direct Taxes, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Oversee timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.

Team Leadership & Digital Transformation

- Mentor and lead finance teams at both corporate and plant levels.
- Drive automation in financial reporting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all business units.

Key Requirements : Experience and Education

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in corporate and plant finance and have performed CFO role at least 5 years in a reputed manufacturing company
- Industry Background: Component manufacturing, electronics, or consumer durables.
- Geographic Experience: Familiarity with Karnataka industrial regulations and local compliances.

Required Skills

- Deep knowledge of factory cost accounting and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Expertise in working capital management and raising corporate funds.
- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English (Knowledge of Kannada is highly advantageous for plant visits).
- Age less than 50 years
- Joining : Immediate or short notice
