Qualifications

- BE/BTech
- MBA (preferred) in Sales, Marketing or Business Strategy

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in electronics AMC Business Spare parts business, aftermarket sales, or a related business (preferably in Consumer Durable, Home Appliances, Inverter Power Energy Products and Solar Products)

Job Description

- Drive service revenue growth through AMC, spare parts, repairs, and service contracts.
- Develop pricing strategies and service packages based on market trends and competition.
- Manage key accounts and ensure timely renewal of service contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, service, operations, and finance teams for revenue alignment.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and prepare revenue forecasts and reports.
- Identify current service opportunities to expand business and improve profitability.
- Develop insurance/warranty schemes and manage overall PL for service AMC business

Performance Monitoring Reporting

- Track key revenue KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare regular revenue reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
- Identify gaps in revenue performance and propose corrective measures
