We are hiring Full Stack Developers to design, build and scale the systems that power NavGurukul''s learning and community platforms

- In this role, you will work across the stack from intuitive frontends to resilient backends collaborating with product, design and AI/ML teams to launch impactful features and build for scale, security and performance
- You will design and ship full-stack applications, build responsive component-driven frontends using React.js/Next.js/Vue and craft robust backends with Node.js, Express or Python (Flask/Django), develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, design and optimise relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring), and mentor junior developers




- We are looking for robust programming skills across front-end and back-end, expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or similar)
- We are primarily hiring senior-level engineers with 7+ years of experience for senior leadership / CTO roles, but if you have solid backend or frontend experience and meet 60% of the technical requirements, we encourage you to apply
