- NavGurukul is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager to build a world-class MEL function that helps every team from programs to leadership understand what''s working, what isn''t, and what to improve next
- This is not a traditional M&E; role focused on donor reporting; it is about creating the systems, processes and insights that enable NavGurukul to continuously learn and improve
- You will design the organisation-wide MEL framework, define meaningful KPIs across the learner journey, establish consistent data collection and governance, and build dashboards and executive reports that support strategic decision-making

Fundraising and Leadership acting as NavGurukul''s thought partner on impact measurement and organisational learning
- Reporting into the CEO''s Office, this role''s success is measured not by the number of reports produced, but by how effectively data influences decisions, improves learner outcomes, and strengthens impact
- We are looking for 4 to 8 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, Impact Measurement or Program Strategy, ideally in education, skilling, livelihoods or the nonprofit sector, with solid analytical skills and hands-on experience building dashboards and automating reporting workflows
