Primary Skills:

- 8+ Years of Overall IT Experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Extensive experience in Power Automate workflow design and process automation.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security, and business rules.
- Solid experience with Power Platform Solution Deployment and Environment Management.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Security Roles, User Permissions, and Access Controls.
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
- Build and optimize workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Design and manage data models, tables, relationships, and business rules within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, deployments, and release management across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Implement and maintain Power Platform governance, security roles, permissions,



and compliance controls.
- Develop and configure custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues while ensuring performance optimization and reliability.
- Perform solution packaging, deployment, configuration migration, and environment management activities.
- Follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and solution architecture.
