Responsibilities:
Manage design deliverables at concept, schematic, design development, and tender and construction stages.
Collaborate on projects with project consultants, CAD team, and 3D visualizers as required.
Perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time.
What we expect:
Professional qualification in Interior Design or Architecture with 0-2 years of experience.
Valuable knowledge of commercial workplace interiors and materials.
Basic knowledge of MEP and site measurements.
Proficiency in Sketch Up, CAD, hand-drafting, client interactions, Photoshop, presentation, and Adobe Acrobat skills.
Ability to conduct site visits to document existing site conditions.
Maintain a project tracker for ongoing projects daily and evaluate the progress of the site according to design standards.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
