Job Summary

OMHRA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Talent Associate with 2.54.5 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing IT candidates across various technical skill sets.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on C2H hiring, candidate engagement, stakeholder coordination, and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment for various technical requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates matching the required skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, technical skill assessment, communication evaluation, and salary discussions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers / clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive candidates through the complete hiring cycle and ensure timely joining.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment MIS / trackers.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, joining dates, and other employment-related aspects.
- Follow up with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring IT and C2H requirements.




- Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure recruitment targets, TAT, and closure timelines are achieved.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2.5–4.5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and skill-based screening.
- Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, joining ratio, and offer-to-join ratio.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience recruiting for IT/technical roles across different skill sets.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment consultancy, IT services, or C2H hiring environments will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Strong ability to build candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline.
