Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Managers along with their respective teams
- Oversee and drive the closing process for high-value luxury real estate transactions
- Ensure sales targets are met by implementing effective closing strategies
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to sales managers to enhance their performance
- Monitor market trends and analyze competition to refine sales strategies
- Handle complex negotiations and high-value client interactions to secure successful deals
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and investors to facilitate future sales
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, contracts, and legal formalities
- Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts




- Act as a bridge between Sales Managers and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of strategies

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
- 6-8 years in Gurgaon luxury real estate, with a proven track record in team management and deal closures
- Experience in handling a team of sales professionals
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software, sales tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills to drive performance and accountability
- Ability to influence, motivate, and mentor multiple sales teams
- Building trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in closing high-value deals with precision and efficiency
- Laptop and vehicle are mandatory for the role
