Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and Python.
- Drive Selenium to Playwright migration initiatives and establish automation best practices.
- Define and execute automation strategy aligned with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
- Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities for test generation, self-healing automation, defect analysis, and intelligent reporting.
- Mentor and guide automation engineers on Playwright, Python, API automation, and AI-driven testing approaches.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to improve quality engineering practices.
- Track automation KPIs, coverage, execution efficiency, and ROI realization.

Required Skills

- 8+ years in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright with Python.




- Expertise in API Automation (REST Assured/Postman/Pytest).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Valuable knowledge of AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, OpenAI/Azure AI services.
- Experience implementing AI use cases such as automated test generation, defect intelligence, root cause analysis, and predictive quality insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Agentic AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Performance testing exposure (NeoLoad/JMeter).
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Test Data Management and Service Virtualization.
