What You ll Do

- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta LinkedIn Ads based on campaign objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to support campaign planning and targeting.
- Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, ad performance, and conversion data to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and test landing page content, ad copies, keywords, audiences, and campaign variations to improve performance.
- Track key metrics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

What You Bring

- 1-3 years of experience managing PPC or paid advertising
- Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager,



and LinkedIn Ads campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Ability to analyse metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS to evaluate campaign performance.
- Solid attention to detail with an analytical approach to campaign optimisation and budget management.

Nice to Haves

- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, Conversion Tracking and Server Side Tracking.
- Experience with conversion tracking, A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and performance reporting.
