; Qualifications:
- ;BTech or MTech in Signal Processing / CS / EE / Biomedical with 0 2 years experience
; Skills:
- ; Mathematical Signal Processing Foundations Solid grounding in linear algebra, Fourier transforms, and signal processing concepts relevant to MRI
- ; Programming Numerical Computing Robust proficiency in C++, Python, or MATLAB for sequence development, simulation, and tooling
- ; Pulse Sequence Development Hands-on experience designing and modifying sequences (GRE, SE, EPI, bSSFP, etc.), including timing diagrams and sequence debugging
- ; MRI Physics Fundamentals Deep understanding of Bloch equations, k-space, image contrast mechanisms (T1, T2, PD), and signal formation. (Optional)
; Main Responsibilities:
- ;Design and implement advanced MRI pulse sequences (Cartesian and non-Cartesian: EPI, spiral, radial, etc.)
- ;Develop and optimize sequences for specific applications (neuro, body, MSK, diffusion, etc.)
- ;Model and compensate for system imperfections (B0 inhomogeneity, gradient non-linearity, eddy currents, GIRF effects)
- ;Implement reconstruction-aware sequences (parallel imaging, compressed sensing, calibration strategies)
- ;Work on calibration pipelines (trajectory estimation, GIRF estimation, phase correction, field monitoring)
- ;Collaborate with hardware, RF, and reconstruction teams to co-design end-to-end imaging pipelines
- ;Validate sequences through phantom and in-vivo experiments
- ;Optimize sequences for scan time, SNR, SAR, and robustness
