Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent architectures, including routing, tool calling, memory, and state management.
- Build rapid prototypes and transform them into secure, reliable, production-ready applications.
- Develop enterprise integrations using APIs, data sources, connectors, and Azure Functions.
- Build end-to-end AI experiences for Microsoft Teams and web applications.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for quality, regressions, safety, prompt testing, and tool testing.
- Build Agentic AI applications that can plan, act, and execute business workflows.
- Implement RAG and enterprise grounding using Azure AI Search and Microsoft data sources.
- Develop Copilots/Agents using Copilot Studio and pro-code Microsoft AI frameworks.
- Implement observability using tracing, metrics, telemetry, and operational monitoring.
- Ensure production readiness through testing, CI/CD, security, and incident management practices.
