Role & responsibilities :-

DG (Diesel Generator) Maintenance

- Perform routine inspection, operation, and preventive maintenance of DG sets.
- Monitor fuel levels, coolant systems, batteries, and lubrication systems.
- Troubleshoot DG electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain DG logbooks and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for annual maintenance and repairs.

UPS Maintenance

- Operate and maintain UPS systems and battery banks.
- Monitor UPS load, performance, and backup availability.
- Conduct battery health checks and replacement activities.
- Diagnose and resolve UPS alarms and faults.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical equipment.

Transformer Maintenance

- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of transformers.
- Monitor transformer oil levels, temperature, and overall performance.
- Check for abnormal noise, overheating, or leakage.
- Coordinate testing such as IR,



oil testing, and earth resistance measurements.
- Maintain transformer maintenance records.

Electrical Maintenance

- Maintenance of LT panels, MCCs, switchgears, circuit breakers, and cabling.
- Carry out electrical fault finding and rectification.
- Ensure proper grounding and electrical safety compliance.
- Support electrical installation and modification projects.
- Perform routine checks of lighting and power distribution systems.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow electrical safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards.
- Use appropriate PPE during maintenance activities.
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents promptly.
