- Position: Payroll Specialist
- Focus Areas: End-to-end payroll operations, manufacturing compliance, contractual/vendor workforce payroll processing, and meticulous payroll audits.

- Target Qualifications: MBA in HR / Finance, or M.Com

Key Responsibilities Included

1. End-to-End Processing: Handling regular shifts, overtime, factory plant biometric data integration, incentives, and Full & Final settlements.
2. Contractual Workforce Management: Auditing third-party staffing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, and managing cross-verification.
3. Payroll Audits: Running pre- and post-payroll variance analysis, streamlining internal controls, and coordinating with statutory or internal auditors.
4. Statutory Compliance: Managing configurations and accurate returns for EPF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS (Form 24Q).
