Required Skills

- 58 years of experience in mechanical design and design support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Creo and Siemens NX.
- Valuable understanding of mechanical design principles and product development processes.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal, welding, casting, and assembly.
- Proficient in GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) with practical application experience.
- Good knowledge of ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Familiarity with AWS welding standards and interpretation of welding symbols.
- Ability to prepare and review engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience in design reviews, tolerance stack-up, and resolving manufacturing/design issues.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams.
- Exposure to PLM/PDM systems.
- Experience in engineering change management (ECN/ECR).
