Junior Logistics Coordinator (Back-End)

Job Summary:

We are building a High-performance Team here @ROBU.IN and have vacancy for a Junior Logistics Coordinator (Back-End) u202f to join our enthusiastic and highly motivated team. Please note this is a Fresher u202for an Entry-Level job position and is suitable for Graduates u202fof anyu202f Bachelor s Degree.

Contract Duration: 1 Year.

Educational Qualification: Graduation, any stream (BBA Preferred). Immediate joiners will be preferable.

Gender: Male or Female (Anyone can apply).

Salary Range: 14,000/- to 18,000/- (In-Hand Salary) per month + PF, ESIC other benefits. CTC: Rs.2,22,816/- to Rs.2,83,890/- per annum.

Job Role Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Transporters/Courier Services providers for prompt daily pick-ups and delivery of shipments.

2. Provide continuous updates to Internal Departments throughout the Shipping process .

3. Follow-up on mail for daily pick-up,



in transit and delivery shipments.

4. Share POD/Acknowledgement on mail with internal departments.

5. Follow-up for Damaged/Lost Shipments with respective courier partners regarding claims procedure.

Skills Required:

1. Fluent English communication (Verbal Written) and good interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office- MS Excel).
