Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Leader to manage multiple projects end-to-end, from mobilisation and planning through execution, commissioning, billing and final closure. The role will be responsible for project delivery, profitability, client management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple MEP projects ensuring timely, safe and profitable execution.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgets, billing, collections and cash flow.
- Monitor project costs, margins, productivity, subcontractors, risks and commercial performance.
- Drive client, consultant, vendor and contractor relationships.
- Ensure QA/QC, QHSE, contractual and statutory compliance.
- Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers and project support teams.




- Conduct project reviews and provide MIS, forecasts and management updates.
- Support tendering, value engineering, procurement strategy and business development.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of MEP project execution experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ELV systems.
- Proven expertise in project controls, contracts, billing, claims, cost control and project closure.
- Robust client and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP and MS Office.
- BIM / Revit MEP exposure will be an advantage.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / NEBOSH / BIM certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel PAN India.
