Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities IFC Phase • Lead IFC technical reviews using Autodesk Docs Reviews compare revisions, add comments/markups, assign dispositions (accept, revise, reject, RFI), and close review steps per project workflow. • Define and validate termination philosophy for CCTV/PTZ endpoints, including power/PoE, switch ports, cable IDs, junction boxes, and panel terminations. • Confirm alignment across related scopes: structured cabling, LAN/WAN, CCTV/security systems, and access control as applicable. • Ensure designs are installation-ready with resolved interfaces and explicit documentation for EPC and site execution teams. As-Built Phase • Lead the closeout process by verifying “as-installed” terminations against site field records. • Resolve mismatches or missing information by coordinating with EPC and site teams.



• Ensure final As-Built drawings and documentation accurately reflect the installed system for project handover. Project Coordination & Tracking • Support project plan/board tracking of progress (e.g., Atlassian Jira). • Review design deliverables and support FAT/SAT on a need basis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, OT, PI) during build, construction, and commissioning. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within contract scope. • Support project handover (processes and documents) to the client’s operations team.
