Job Title : Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist

Experience Required : 7+ years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud Specialist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). The role demands deep technical understanding of both declarative and programmatic development, site-building, and backend connectivity with external applications. The developer will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Flows.

- Build and customize Salesforce applications including case management, knowledge base, omnichannel, and other Service Cloud features.

- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and ensure high-quality front-end performance.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and

platform events.

- Work on site-building and community/experience cloud configurations when required.

- Develop complex business logic using Apex, ensuring bulkification, security, and governor

limit compliance.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and code

reviews.





- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure platform best practices are

followed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, architects, QA, and project managers.

- Maintain code quality, security standards, and follow Salesforce development lifecycle (ALM).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

- Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Future methods, and Asynchronous

processing.

- Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Strong experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Connected Apps).

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles/permission sets.

- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data model design.

- Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and other declarative tools.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce DevOps tools is a plus.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Administrator are highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities).

- Knowledge of middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

- Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
