Roles Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and drive conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling/cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline in the CRM.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on targets and business performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2C Sales / Business Development .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the B2C sales cycle and client acquisition.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
