Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager (PMO) with over 10 years of experience in project management to lead and oversee our project management office (PMO) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving project success through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the PMO team in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance project delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project settings.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on PMO leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
