Responsibilities

- Ensure a fast, efficient, and friendly customer experience across all Customer Relations areas.
- Handle customer issues accurately, positively, and efficiently, stepping in when escalations are required.
- Support, coach,



and empower co-workers so they are confident and ready to help customers at all times.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, spending time with your team to guide, support, and develop them.
- Ensure the department is well-equipped, organised, and staffed according to customer flow.
- Work closely with other store functions to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Actively seek and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to department and store action plans and take ownership of agreed goals.
- Monitor service performance, productivity, and costs, taking action where needed.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with cash handling and store procedures.
