- Conduct field sales visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
- Solid communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using technology such as laptops, smartphones, etc. for data entry and reporting purposes.
