ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work on US IT Bench Sales / Staffing
- Market and place IT consultants on available requirements
- Work with C2C,



W2 and Full-Time requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, recruiters and clients
- Handle consultant submissions and follow-ups
- Negotiate rates with vendors/clients
- Build and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Track interviews, submissions and placements
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
