- Provide technical support to clients on Linux servers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems using various tools such as hypervisors, hosting platforms, and Windows administration software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in server administration or related field.
- Solid knowledge of Linux server administration (e.g., CentOS) including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (Windows/Linux) with ability to work independently.
