Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions using Discoverer, Flow Designer, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and implement service mapping strategies.
- Develop REST APIs using JavaScript for integrating IT services with external systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB management and SOAP-based web services.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in ITIL v3/4 certification or equivalent knowledge of ITSM principles.
- Proficiency in Discoverer, Flow Designer, JavaScript (REST API development), and common service data model (CSM).
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements.
