Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to manage Pronto’s day-to-day legal requirements, with a focus on commercial contracts, legal advisory, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with business teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end commercial contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
- Negotiate key terms including liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, and termination.
- Provide day-to-day legal and business advisory to internal teams.
- Identify contractual, operational, and regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Advise on labour, data protection, consumer, and other applicable regulatory matters.
- Draft and maintain legal templates, policies,



and standard clauses.
- Monitor relevant legal/regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
- Coordinate with external counsels on specialised legal matters.
- Maintain legal trackers and ensure timely closure, renewals, and compliance.

Requirements

- LL.B. from a recognised university; enrolled with the Bar Council (Pref).
- 4–6 years PQE, preferably with in-house and/or law firm experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations.
- Good understanding of contract, corporate, labour, and regulatory laws.
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Business-oriented approach with strong ownership and judgment.
